Multinational IT Company - Case study

Overview.

The company is a global IT company that specializes in Information Technology and solutions providers. With a goal focused on accelerating digital transformation, creating maximum value for their customers, and helping companies perform better. The company is focused on the development of business software, infrastructure technology, custom development, and ICT consulting. They have over 26 years of experience, ten industries, a presence in ten African countries, and have implemented more than 100 large ERP projects worldwide.

Objectives and challenges.

Created in 1996, the company contracted Revnuu to rebrand their brand identity. The objective was to refresh the brand to appeal to a modern audience and highlight their IT expertise, while keeping the name, the acronym, and the strong colors of the brand: green and blue. The main challenge was to find a new identity that would bring together the 5 entities of the group, and remain relevant to the 10 countries in which they are present. It was also important that their audience did not feel lost facing this change, the brand had to remain authentic and in line with its clients but also needed to establish a new face for the future.

Project scope.

Revnuu was responsible for creating the company's brand identity and logo. The brand identity was reported in a brand manual, which is a document that includes the all guidelines the company should follow, such as type fonts, color palette, monochrome applications, secondary color combinations, and a "do and don't" section.

Revnuu has developed a new customized corporate website (mobile and desktop version) on WordPress - from the design to its implementation. The website was launched in June 2022 and now Revnuu is in charge of its management and adjustments.

The company was already present on social networks for a few years but without real regular activity. We set up a new action plan on LinkedIn and Instagram, with a posting strategy and a strategy to engage their audience. All the posts are now in line with the new graphic charter. We are also working on paid advertising to help them improve their results.

After rebranding, we worked on updating all the old media used by the group, for each of their global locations. We reviewed all the print elements: business cards, brochures, kakemonos... and also the signage of the group's physical offices.

Mostly for the same reasons, we updated all the digital content to fit the new brand guidelines. We went from PPT or Word templates to coding a specific newsletter theme for them.
